Howard Kelsall was born in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent and studied at the Burslem School of Art during the 1960's. His work has always been concerned with the human and animal form, his most recent work has manifested itself in large scale welded metal sculpture.

Biography / CV

Howard Kelsall was born in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent in 1953 and studied at the Burslem School of Art during the 1960's. Howard's work has always been concerned with the human and animal form.

Initially a painter working in oil and acrylic his interest sculpture was first realised in clay, fibreglass and resin. Since moving to a rural area in Murcia, Spain his work has manifested itself in large scale welded metal sculpture, gaining a number of private commissions within the area.
